What Are Polycarbonate Stickers?
Polycarbonate (Lexan) stickers, commonly known as graphic overlays, front panels, or nameplates, are highdurability industrial badges engineered for extreme environments. Printed on the reverse side (sub-surface
printing), the graphic layer is fully protected against abrasion, chemical exposure, UV radiation, and frequent
tactile interaction, ensuring pristine visual fidelity throughout the operational lifecycle of equipment.
Because printing occurs on the reverse side of clear polycarbonate film, the ink can
never be scratched off or worn away by buttons, fingers, cleaning solvents, or industrial oils.
